The winner of Niseko’s ‘Best New Venue 2017/18’ is open again!

With an all new Japanese inspired cocktail menu and the same deliciously cold draft beers we are opening from tonight for the 2018/19 season.  

To introduce us, The Brick Bar is located at the Niseko Photography and Guiding headquarters on the second floor of the ‘The Brick’ in middle Hirafu. We run a cozy bar where you can enjoy Après after skiing or enjoy some beverages well into the evening.

From 6PM, for our Grand Opening we will be serving up ¥500 beer, wines & our famous house punch. Plus loads of new delicious cocktails and mixers to help you dominate the weekend.

Then from 9PM all the way from New Zealand we have RJMC on the decks to pleasure your ear holes.

Here’s a couple of favourites from our cocktail menu to get you excited:

Sweet Tanuki (Japanese gin, honey, lemon, cointreau, bitters, chilli)

Yotei Sour (lychee, blackcurrent, lemon, egg white)

Wasabi Gimlet (gin, yuzu, wasabi, lemon)
