The 2017-18 Winter Wrap Up

The 2017-18 Winter Wrap Up – How good was last season!

Last season was an absolute banger and we have our fingers crossed that the fast approaching 2018-19 season will be just as good, if not better.

November 2017 was one for the record books with massive snowfalls throughout the last half of the month and one of the best starts to a season in over a decade. This was followed by an epic December, January and February session of repeated resets and fresh lines most days.

With such an early start to the season the skiing and boarding was unbelievably good and the crowds were yet to arrive. We made the most of this pre-season treat by shredding some new lines as well as all of our old favorites. We like to call it condition checking but anyone in the business knows what it actually is…. shred time!

We spent a lot of time exploring new terrain and mapping out exciting new zones for both experienced skiers and boarders as well as those who are still new to the game.

What this means is that with the never ending growth and popularity of the area we will stay ahead of the crowds when it comes to safely getting our guests into the best snow on offer.
